A better second try.
Without the guesswork.
Start with the symptom you can see. Keep the original capture while you work through it.
My room is dark.
Turn on more lights before another pass. LiDAR sensing and photographic detail are different: depth may remain available while dark photographs still weaken the final appearance.
The result has holes or floating pieces.
Check coverage, motion and reflective surfaces. Inspect the input views and the weak areas from multiple angles. Recapture essential surfaces rather than treating filled-in geometry as measured evidence.
Processing stopped or failed.
Keep the capture. Check that the configured workstation is reachable and inspect the job’s error in the app. Review your diagnostic report before sharing it; remove identifying scene names or private information.
Where can I download the app?
Squatch Reality is in development. A public App Store or TestFlight link has not been announced on this site. Existing testers should use their invitation channel.
Are accounts and cloud uploads available?
The account page reports current sign-in availability. Website accounts support profile, communication preferences and preview requests when enabled. Public capture uploads and cloud training are not available.
How do I report a problem?
Existing testers can use the channel through which they received the build. Include the build number, what you expected and the steps that caused the problem. Public support contact details will be added before general release. Do not send private captures or passwords.
